Office Administrator

The Role
We are looking for an ambitious and dynamic Office Administrator. This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and driven individual to gain valuable Sales, Admin and Account management experience with a view to progress within the company in the future.
**Responsibilities**:
Your main tasks will include
- Processing Customer sales orders.
- Answering in bound telephone calls.
- Any general office administration tasks as required.
- Raising purchase orders
- Book Vehicles and Transport for deliveries
- Ensure the relevant materials are here ready for production
- Completing spreadsheets and information as required
- Creating quotes and amending customers specifications.
- Weekly stock reports and keeping all stock levels up to date and insure we always have a good level of stock
You will also be asked to help with further tasks, such as
- Reviewing Customer recent order reports, identifying sales opportunities as well as business we may have lost then reporting back to the Account Manager.
- Assist with projects from Directors/Sales Reps as and when required.
Person Specification
- Excellent interpersonal skills including well developed presentation and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and exercise a proactive approach, with the ability to work on your own initiative
- Confident and able to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels
- Experience in using Microsoft Office
- Must be self-motivated & hungry to achieve success
- High attention to detail
- Sales and customer service experience is preferred
This is a full time position, Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm, with a 1 hour lunch break. To start ASAP
Pay: £26,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
