**Company Description**
Team d&t are a multi-award-winning firm of funding experts and chartered accountants. We look after over 2500 clients across the UK, using our depth of knowledge and experience to enable each client to grow and achieve their goals. We are based in Swindon and provide services to over 100 franchise networks, including online accounting.
**Role Description**
**We need someone who is**
- A team player - capable of working well in a small team and independently
- Adaptable and able to pick up new tasks quickly
- Strong client services, communication, and customer service skills
- Good attention to detail
- Organised and proactive
- Great fun to work with
**Responsibilities**
- Maintaining client databases including additions, deletions and changes as needed
- Contacting clients for information and booking them into our system
- Creation of simple reports
- Filing of electronic documents
- Reviewing and checking client documents and contacting for any missing information
- Attending to all company secretarial matters including forms
- Scanning client documents when received
- Answering and monitoring a reception phone
- Managing multiple inboxes and supporting with generic client queries
- Organising incoming and outgoing post including deliveries
- Monitoring and ordering office supplies ensuring the office is fully stocked and tidy at all times
- Greeting visitors at reception
- Booking meetings and rooms via shared outlook calendars and making sure rooms are kept to a high standard
- Other adhoc tasks are required by the business

- Administration: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer Service: 1 year (preferred)

- The role is a full time office based role working out of our Swindon office (SN4 0EU)
Pay: From £22,000.00 per year
