**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Coordinating the onboarding process for new clients and monitoring progress
- Welcoming new clients, providing explanations of our services, assisting with form completion, and guiding them through the initial setup process.
- Following up with clients as part of the onboarding process to ensure they are satisfied with our services, providing further guidance and support if needed.
- Managing the change of business ownerships, updating account information.
- Facilitating a seamless transition for new and outgoing owners, maintaining consistent communication to keep them engaged and informed throughout the process.
- Proactively assisting in client retention efforts for clients looking to cancel services by addressing concerns promptly and offering solutions.
- Handling the offboarding process for clients discontinuing their services, obtaining feedback to understand the reasoning, and ensuring all steps are completed professionally and efficiently.
- Maintaining accurate client account records, including billing information and contractual documents, with a strong emphasis on ensuring the CRM system is always fully up to date.
- Working closely with the Project & Operations Supervisor to streamline, prioritise and execute tasks efficiently.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in account management or customer service, preferably in the technology or hospitality sectors.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients, understand their needs and accurately convey information to stakeholders.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise work and manage time efficiently, with a high level of organisation, and excellent attention to detail.
- Strong mathematical skills to manage and reconcile billing information accurately.
- Ability to navigate challenges with confidence, using your initiative to adapt quickly to changing circumstances.
- Enthusiasm to proactively seek out opportunities to contribute to and improve the business.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software, with a natural ability to quickly learn new systems.
- A-Level or equivalent level of education.
