**Key Account Manager, South East England, £65,000 - £70,000 + Car allowance + Benefits
**I'm working with a growing Grounds Maintenance business who are looking to bring in a Key Account Manager to be an integral part of their team and focus on maximising the potential and profitability of their existing accounts.

**What's the role?**
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with our key accounts, ensuring we meet their needs and exceed expectations.
- Regularly visit sites to monitor quality of work and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop account plans and set KPIs for the accounts to drive growth and profitability.
- Be the point of contact between Operations and Clients to ensure development projects are implemented to the highest standard.

**What are we looking for?**
- Experience in the Grounds Maintenance sector is necessary and a high level of understanding of managing Grounds Maintenance contracts.
- Experience with managing contracts / managing accounts.
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
- Willingness to travel regularly to visit sites.
- Ability to think outside the box and identify areas for development.
