Job Overview:
We are seeking a meticulous and organised Office Administrator to join our team in providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth running of our office operations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform general office duties including data entry, filing, and managing correspondence.
- Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Assist in organising and scheduling appointments, meetings, and events.
- Handle financial records using QuickBooks or other computerised systems.
- Support bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, processing payments, and reconciling accounts.
- Utilise Google Suite for various office tasks and communication.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in an administrative role with strong organisational skills.
- Proficiency in data entry, record keeping, and office management procedures.
- Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software for financial tasks.
- Ability to type accurately and use computerised systems efficiently.

Pay: £19,371.50-£23,299.29 per year
