As well as supporting day to day operations, you’ll have the chance to support a variety of projects. You’ll learn to champion best practice when it comes to business support, and will always be looking at how you can offer help where needed.

What it's like to work here:Buscot and Coleshill are villages and countryside crisscrossed with trails. These two very English villages and their surrounding patchwork quilt of fields, woodland spinney, water meadow and parkland, are just perfect for relaxing and exploring. Perched on the West Oxfordshire border, these traditionally farmed estates spanning 7,000 acres, are crisscrossed by miles of circular walks and family trails for visitors to discover.

What you'll be doing:Known for your attention to detail and can do attitude, you’ll help provide a comprehensive administration service to your team. You'll be the face and voice of the Coleshill Estate office, welcoming visitors, contractors and visiting staff.

You'll provide administrative support for visitor and historic property based tasks, take phone messages and arrange the loan of keys to contractors working on the site. You'll also support the General Manager and some other senior staff with admin and take an overview of filing and office presentation.

You’ll be comfortable using a variety of IT packages to help create reports, keep accurate records, write timely and accurate internal/external communications and have a comfortable and confident phone manner. In essence you’ll assist with the delivery of an effective business service function.
