Working in either the Health and Wellbeing or 'Energised' Insurance team, we are looking for two office based Insurance Administration Assistants to join us in our friendly, quirky Faringdon office.

We're looking for someone enthusiastic, energetic, friendly and organised. We are preferably looking for someone with some administration experience but this is not essential.

The role will be predominantly supporting account handlers in:

  • Issuing client documentation.
  • Chasing outstanding information/paperwork.
  • Speaking to clients/insurers.
  • Following up quotations.

About you:

  • Previous experience in Insurance or a regulated industry preferred but not essential.
  • A good level of organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Enthusiastic with a good level of written and spoken communication skills.
  • Demonstrate confidence to deal with our customers over the phone.
  • The ability to multitask in a complex environment is essential.
  • Customer services experience would be advantageous.
  • The ability to learn and develop through continuous training and support, to ensure you are providing a first class service.
