We are seeking an experienced Seasonal Receptionist to join our busy Reception team at our 5-star flagship Holiday Park on the beach at Pentewan, on the South Coast of Cornwall. Being the principal point of contact for all our customers, the Reception Team is key to setting the right tone for our customers’ holidays, from the point of first booking through to their welcome on arrival, responding to their needs during their stay and their farewells on departure.

The role requires the proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service with a friendly face, working closely with other departments to ensure seamless operations and problem-solving. You will need to be motivated and hard-working, able to take initiative, think on your feet and thrive under pressure.

Duties will include, but are not exclusive to:

- Welcoming guests to the Holiday Park
- Taking messages
- Handling payments
- Dealing with reservations
- Administering online bookings
- Liaising with customers during their stay

This is a seasonal job position based on 16 hours (minimum), rising to more during the peak periods. Please note, this will be a temporary contract and is only available until the end of October 2023.

Every Saturday will be a requirement from 27th of May until the beginning of September.

We offer a competitive salary of **£11.15 per hour**, plus generous family discounts on meals and holiday accommodation.
