As a Telephone Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for creating, managing and developing relationships within a specified territory, promoting products to increase incoming business levels. This is a B2B telephone-based role working fora company with impressive growth plans.
Duties will include:
- Creating, managing and developing relationships with third parties and B2B customers to achieve new business targets
- Handling new business enquiries
- Ensuring that the company’s products are first choice for your customers and that all clients are updated about new products
- Contacting potential new customers to gain new business
- Updating the CRM system with discussions and activities
- The ability to successfully build B2B relationships
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- An extremely professional outlook towards building working relationships
