We are recruiting a Learning and Development Coordinator for an excellent business in Ipswich. Within this role you will be responsible for project managing training, development and employee engagement activities. You will work with a range of stakeholdersacross the organisation and support with L&D objectives.
**What will the role involve?**:

- Supporting the Learning & Development team with coordinating training and engagement activities
- Assisting with the implementation of L&D strategy objectives
- Booking training, organising rooms and ensuring set up on the day
- If training is online, ensure video call invites have been received by delegates
- Provide support with inductions, new joiner breakfasts and team building sessions
- Collate feedback after training events
- Run reports on training and update internal systems
- Support with the organisation apprenticeship scheme, liaise with providers
- Ad-hoc assistance as required

**What skills / experience do I need?**:

- Experience within Learning & Development or a HR role
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise a busy workload
- Team player and able to build good working relationships with colleagues and key stakeholders
- Good communication skills both written and verbal
- Confident in using MS Office and in-house systems
- Some travel to London will be required
