RoleOverview:

We are seeking adedicated and experienced Warehouse and Yard Supervisor to overseeour operations. The ideal candidate will manage and coordinate allwarehouse activities ensuring efficient utilisation of space andresources maintaining inventory accuracy and supervising the yardoperations.

Key Responsibilities ofthe Warehouse & YardSupervisor:

  • Superviseand lead warehouse and yard staff ensuring a high level ofperformance and adherence to safetyprotocols
  • Manage inventory control processesincluding receiving storing picking and shipping ofproducts
  • Implement and enforce best practicesin warehouse operations to enhance productivity and minimiseerrors
  • Maintain a clean organised and safe workenvironment
  • Collaborate with other departmentsto fulfill orders and resolve any operationalissues
  • Utilise inventory management softwareand systems effectively
  • Conduct regular auditsto ensure inventoryaccuracy

What we arelooking for:

  • Provenexperience (5 years) in warehouse and yard management or a relatedfield
  • Strong leadership and managerial skillswith the ability to motivate and guide ateam
  • Proficiency in inventory managementsoftware and MS Office suite
  • Excellentorganisational and problemsolvingabilities
  • Knowledge of safety protocols andregulatory standards
  • Effective communicationskills
