Westbourne Academy is looking for a Home Visit Coordinator who strives to share their passion for education with our students and join our dedicated team to uphold the Academy's vision and values.
About you
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who is self-motivated, to assist the Attendance Team in maintaining outstanding attendance and wellbeing for all students and especially the most vulnerable students in the academy. You will relish the opportunity to work with young people in a vibrant and dynamic learning environment.
The successful candidate will lead by example and consistently embody our high expectations. You will be able to use your own initiative, to support students in removing barriers to attendance. Previous experience in a relatable role within an educational establishment is desirable but not essential. This role requires, a grade C/4 or equivalent in English and Maths and a full UK Driving Licence.
