About the Opportunity

We are excited to offer a unique full-time opportunity for aspiring leaders to expand their horizons in the Ipswich Region. As a Relief Coordinator, you will have the chance to develop your leadership skills while working across a variety of service sizes and locations.

What You'll Do:

Collaborate closely with experienced service leaders to learn the CEEC way Oversee the delivery of high-quality, inclusive, and educational programs Support OSHC Services throughout Ipswich Mentor and empower teams in local services under the guidance of our Portfolio Manager Create a safe, secure, welcoming, and nurturing environment for children Promote the service within the local community in alignment with Catholic Early EdCare's Vision, Mission, and Values
About You 
A Qualified Educator with a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent Previous experience in a leadership, coordinator or assistant coordinator role within an OSHC setting Has a passion for creating engaging programs Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team of educators Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building positive relationships with children, families, and stakeholders. Sound knowledge of relevant regulations, standards, and best practices in OSHC Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card), First Aid, CPR, Asthma/Anaphylaxis certifications
