What You’ll Do:

  • Help organize and run L&D activities.
  • Support the creation and execution of training programs.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to figure out training needs and plan sessions.
  • Keep L&D records tidy and training materials up-to-date.
  • Talk to employees about their learning opportunities and achievements.
  • Make workshops and seminars happen without a hitch.
  • Handle the behind-the-scenes work for L&D projects, like managing bookings and setting up materials.
