Spinwell is recruiting for a Digital Learning Coordinator for an excellent opportunity within the public sector.

**RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE DIGITAL LEARNING COORDINATOR**

We will be instrumental in helping services across the organisation deliver against their goals through the provision of robust and creative people solutions. We will get the basics right first time, every time and be trusted to deliver in all that we do.

As Digital Learning Coordinator you will be the main point of contact for our learning systems, providing services for client and other partners who are users of our system. Your role will be to maintain and develop learning resources, embracing the use of technology and responding to queries and issues that arise.

**SKILLS/EXPERIENCE OF THE DIGITAL LEARNING COORDINATOR**
- A relevant qualification at Level 3 or above, or equivalent, knowledge skills and experience. If you don’t already have a relevant qualification, we are happy to explore options to achieve this while working in the role.
- A functional English and Maths qualification (e.g. GCSE, etc) or the ability to demonstrate the relevant skills in these areas. If you do not already hold a functional English and Maths qualification, support can be provided to achieve this while working in the role
- Experience and technical expertise in creating and evaluating digital learning resources
- Ability to create visual and written content for websites and social media
- Ability to engage groups of people to share information that then enables them to confidently deliver their work independently
- Ability to plan work in advance, and prioritise to achieve deadlines
- Successful in supporting a range of projects and being accountable for specific work
- Ability to understand and interpret data and turn this into information that others can easily understand
- Strong verbal and written skills to convey varied information and guidance to a range of audiences at different levels
- Experience of monitoring, reviewing and developing procedures/systems including recommending and implementing positive changes
- Ability to analyse data to evaluate areas of work and the impact they have to make meaningful recommendations that add value to decision making processes.
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, specifically Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to using e-learning authoring tools and Oracle based learning platforms
- Experience of html coding (desirable)
- Experience of working across a range of different teams and specialisms
- This organisation positively encourages the use of technology to communicate and engage, but on occasions there may be a requirement for you to travel using reasonable and suitable means available to you and agreed by the authority.
