Main Responsibilities
- The administration of software used by Corporate Records.
- Develop expertise in the software used by Corporate Records to act as a focal point and liase with the appropriate support administrator.
- Document the company’s processes for the software used by Corporate Records and arrange for amendments of applicable work instructions to be made.
- Monitor and provide further advice on performance of software used by Corporate Records and its adherence to the appropriate service level agreements.
- Develop, own and lead processes for the scanning and rendering of records.
- Develop procedures and work instructions for the management of electronic systems.
- Create reports on key performance indicators for software used by Corporate Records.

Essential
- Educated to “A” Levels or relevant experience
- Technical experience of using electronic document management systems
- Ability to manage customer expectation and SLAs

Desirable
- Basic understanding of signalling technology
- CAD experience
- Records Management Certificate
