Executive Assistant

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide administrative support to the executive, including managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, and organising files and documents.
- Manage the executive’s calendar and schedule, ensuring all appointments are kept on time and travel arrangements are made, as necessary.
- Help with personal care needs such as assistance with mobility and transfer needs, and medication management.
- Monitor for any problematic signs of the executive’s health and report any concerns to the nominated caregiver.
- Help with household tasks such as meal preparation and tidying of personal effects.
- Accompany the executive to appointments and events, providing assistance as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as an executive assistant and/or caregiver, preferably with elderly individuals.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with empathy and patience.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
- Basic personal care knowledge.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
