**Responsibilities**:
- Answering and screening phone calls
- Various admin duties, including typing, filing, printing, scanning and photocopying
- Process supplier invoices on SAGE - Creating sales invoices & issuing to relevant client
- Updating computer records
- Co-ordinating calibration and machine maintenance
- Supporting the Company Directors when required
**Experience**:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an admin/accounts role
- Proficiency in using accounting SAGE software
- Familiar with using Microsoft Office, particularly excel spreadsheets
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
