POSITION
**Objectives of the role**
As VM Coordinator, you will be an ambassador of the brand, ensuring the implementation and execution of visual merchandising standards across the region in line with Marc Jacobs guidelines. You will be creating a customer store experience that is inspiring, dynamic, and fully reflecting the image of the brand. Reporting directly to the VM Manager, you will be delivering seasonal layouts and display schemes that set the highest possible standard for creative excellence. Partner with the Retail & Wholesale Managers, Store Manager, and in-store team to support the communication and execution of seasonal displays in the region.
**Main Responsibilities**
- Coordinating daily the VM setup and refresh of all the retail and wholesale stores as per the direction of the VM Manager.
- Implementing the collections in our retail stores according to the Marc Jacobs guidelines and supporting the wholesale stores with the right seasonal display executions. Occasional traveling may be required.
- Ensuring a consistent and correct display of product aligned with the guidelines provided in all locations. Providing feedback to the in-store teams when needed.
- Updating the layout based on current business needs, to either promote new product launches or reflect festive or seasonal themes.
- Working closely with the retail team to maintain and monitor brand image compliance in our retail stores by reviewing photos, cascading guidelines, and supporting store queries or escalations.
- Supporting the wholesale team with regular display reviews, requesting display images, providing feedback, and ensuring brand consistency across multiple locations.
- Analyse and monitor the impact of specific VM actions across the region on business results per store and product category.
- Supporting the set-up of new locations, pop-up stores and display animations.
- Coaching the in-store team on all visual guidelines and new directives.
- Assist with the development and delivery of VM training to the store teams.
- Working closely and supporting BOH for preparation of new products to be implemented in store for each launch.
PROFILE
**Main criteria**:
- Strong VM experience (ideally in luxury retail industry).
- Solid experience in field visual merchandising, including window displays, in-store displays, and space utilisation.
- Great knowledge about the brand and product.
- Good expertise in current visual merchandising trends and best practices.
- Creative and innovative thinker.
