This is an exciting opportunity to join the UK’s leading brand focused on sneakers, culture and community. We are looking for an experienced Ecommerce Trading & Content Coordinator to join our digital team here at OFFSPRING. You will be responsible for managing the trading plan, launches and homepage content across the OFFSPRING website. This includes merchandising of categories, and brands, managing the launches page and the trade of all products across the OFFSPRING website to optimise conversion and sales. Responsible for updating and briefing onsite content on the homepage, on-site banners, navigation experience, ensuring the products displayed are commercial and relevant, following the marketing plan and overall strategy. This person will also be responsible for trade reporting across the OFFSPRING site, reporting on content performance, customer journey and promotions.

**Role Specific Responsibilities**:

- Taking ownership of the briefing process; all content updates across OFFSPRING using Trello, this includes all homepage updates, landing pages and dropdown amendments.
- Hosting a weekly meeting with the buying team
- To be responsible for all on-site navigational changes including the drop-down navigation, categories, and IST updates
- Visual Merchandising (VM): Managing VM across the site with insights from GA and Contentsquare
- Monitoring search terms onsite and taking action in our search tool Attraqt Managing and daily maintenance to the launch page
- The planning, execution, and analysis of promotional activity, including online-only incentives and delivery promotions to boost revenue. Looking at the whole customer journey from VM, site banners and product assortment to maximise sales
- On a daily, weekly and monthly basis monitor and analyse sales, creating relevant reports to illustrate and support actions to optimise trade, proposing solutions to the wider team to boost poor sellers/optimise bestsellers to increase conversion rate
- Manage On-site analytics, building and managing reports looking at the onsite customer journey, using tools such as Contentsquare, GA & Attraqt

**What we are looking for**:

- Someone with a passion for sneakers and streetwear
- Good communication and excellent team player
- This role requires exceptional organisational skills, the ability to be a proactive self-starter and strong time management skills
- Has a creative flare and is able to be confident to propose solutions to problems
- Able to make decisions based on best practice, analysis, and current trends
- Knowledge of the following systems is advantageous: Google Analytics (GA), Contentsquare & Attraqt/Fredhooper
- An intermediate level of Excel is a must

**Salary**: From £1.00 per month

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
