**Visual Merchandising Coordinator**

**(Permanent Full-Time)**

**HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?**

As Visual Merchandising Coordinator, you will be the driver to ensure consistency, quality and sophistication of the VM plan roll out and act as an ambassador of the brand creating a unique and beautiful customer journey that aligns with Montblanc. Guarantee excellent execution of the visual merchandising standards across the market in line with Montblanc guidelines. You will be guided by the Brand Experience Executive and work closely with the Retail & Wholesale Managers, Store Managers, and in-store team to support the communication and execution of the visual merchandising plans. The position is an integral part of the Montblanc UK team.

**Visual Merchandising (80%)**:

- Manage visual merchandising and new decoration roll out for all Retail and Wholesale (Boutiques, Shop-in-shops, Jewellers & Travel Retail) points of sales in line with global and local strategy
- Maintain and monitor brand image in POS’s by sharing guidelines, developing and delivering training, reviewing photos, and supporting store queries
- Carry out regular field visits (at least once a week) to ensure that all visual implementation is of a high, excellent standards and within brand image guidelines
- Create VM implementation and stock tracking reports
- Conduct and compile competitive market research for VM, events, activations, and instore offered services
- Manage VM orders, dispatch, tracking and budget for all POSM
- Develop excellent relationships with retail partners, ensuring opportunities to promote the brand are maximised
- Handling of SAP relevant processes and support team administration

**Brand Experience (20%)**:

- Support with the planning of elevated brand experiences including events, pop ups and boutique openings in line with the Montblanc International guidelines and the preparation of results reports and budgeting
- Provide support for global calligraphy program and local sustainability projects
- Annual activation calendar updates and collation of information such as pictures for post-event reporting

**HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?**
- Familiarity in a similar role, covering both Retail and Wholesale Channels
- Experience in luxury industry would be a plus
- MS Office and SAP skills
- Fluent in English
- Very organised, strong attention to detail, excellent multi-tasker
- Curious by nature
- Team player
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Results-oriented & can-do attitude
- Passion for design, eye for aesthetics & desire to work in a dynamic environment
