As a Compliance Administrator, you will:

- Support the development of the H&S System to provide effective and accurate Management Information, including Policy reviews and renewals.
- Support the H&S Team with the production and assembly of H&S Policies and Procedures manuals.
- Maintain and update H&S related content on Colleague Connect and any other Colleague communication platforms as required
- Interrogation and reporting of status of Site completed H&S Training modules; Compliance event completion and Open and Overdue Action status
- Identifying and escalating continued non-compliance to ensure the Society meets with legislative safety standards
- Ensure any Enforcement Officer visit actions are tracked to completion in the timelines required and escalated
- Support the facilitation of the Health & Safety Committee including circulation of agendas and action completion reminders
- Ensure accurate and thorough completion of all Society recorded accidents
- Complete accidents and incident reviews including in-depth investigation of those accidents considered serious to identify root causes and next steps
- Analyse and provide feedback on common trends and accident causes
- Issue eyecare vouchers and cross-charge sheets in accordance with Society Policy.
- Order equipment and complete cross-charge sheets in accordance with the H&S Team requirements.
- Process orders for H&S Signage from the Audit program, including posting to sites and completing cross-charge sheets
- Act as main contact within the H&S Team for any data protection queries, liaising with the Group’s GDPR Champion/Deputy and Data Protection Teams
- Maintain and support the Team’s annual records review, ensuring it is kept in line with GDPR schedule
- Ensuring the H&S elements of the Group’s Processing Records are kept up-to date
- Arranging and booking training venues and arranging payments/ completing cross charging sheets.
- Producing and distributing individual certificates for completed H&S and Food Safety related training activities

**About You**:
To be successful in this role you will need:

- At least two years previous experience in administration
- Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Access to an intermediate/advanced level
- General office and administration skills.
- IOSH certificate preferred - prepared to work towards a H&S Qualification
