**WHAT TO EXPECT**

As a squad lead in our mobile marketing consultants on the App Store Optimization (ASO) team, you will be responsible for leading a team of at least 4 consultants at various levels and growing the team to achieve business goals and team vision.

This is a key middle-leadership role. Your core focus will be on people management instead of client management. You will work closely with the team lead to continuously develop and maintain a high-performing team, as well as shape the team processes and strategies to ensure overall team success. Our independent consultants are supported by technical specialists. You will be involved in client work to the mínimal level needed to manage the team, mainly on administrative support (capacity planning) with a low degree of technical perspective.

**WHAT YOU'LL DO**
- Ensure a team of 10+ mobile marketing consultants and experts deliver high quality services to our clients proactively and timely, with the know-how to empower, motivate and coach team members from junior to senior level.
- Establish operational stability through capacity planning/monitoring/reallocation together with driving the recruitment and (non-technical) training process in partnership with HR and other ASO team leadership.
- Solve business, HR, and operational challenges by developing efficient and effective team structure and innovative strategies that improve productivity and maintain team health.
- Successfully developing people along custom career paths based on Phiture team vision and team member strengths/interests, including specialist, generalist, and manager tracks
- Providing a safe, open and organized work environment to all team members with a right level of support by managing priorities and initiatives of your team and among stakeholders, constantly giving constructive feedback as well as promptly mitigating conflicts.
- Working with the ASO team lead, ASO technical principle consultants and other team leads, you will
- achieve team vision and mission through leveraging team strengths, working on its weaknesses, goals setting and evaluating team performance timely.
- foster knowledge sharing and drive smooth cooperation within and beyond the ASO team.
- safeguard the communication and execution of company policies while embracing an open feedback loop in all directions (downward, upward, and peer).

**WHAT YOU BRING TO US**
- At least 4 years of professional experience with at least 2 years of experience in leading a professional team, ideally in a consultancy or an agency environment and with a proven track record working in a complex tech environment as a leader and a team member.
- Hard skills
- Good knowledge of mobile marketing or general marketing, understanding ASO is a big plus.
- Solid understanding of HR topics, team operational strategies and challenges, and career development
- Excellent verbal and written English language skills.
- Excellent client management skill is a strong plus
- Soft skills
- Strong leadership/managerial skills including but not limited to delegation, trust building, project management and critical, structural thinking
- Excellent communication skills and be able to adapt the communication style to many different people/situations.
