**HR Advisor**

At Represent, we are on a mission to build the best brand in the world and we are now looking to expand our HR team. We are looking for an experienced and professional HR Advisor to provide guidance and support on various HR matters. Reporting to the Head of HR, as a HR Advisor, you will be responsible for advising managers and employees on recruitment, performance management, employee relations, policies and procedures, and HR best practices. You will also assist with HR projects and initiatives, and contribute to the development and improvement of HR processes and systems.

**Key responsibilities**
- Provide HR advice and guidance to managers and employees on a range of HR issues, such as recruitment, performance management, employee relations, policies and procedures, and HR best practices
- Manage the onboarding and induction process for new hires, ensuring a smooth and positive experience
- Monitor and review HR policies and procedures, and ensure they are in line with current legislation and best practice
- Handle employee relations cases, such as grievances, disciplinaries, absence management, and redundancies, in a fair and consistent manner
- Conduct regular HR audits and provide HR reports and analytics to support decision making and identify areas for improvement
- Support the Head of HR with HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement, performance appraisal, reward and recognition, learning and development, and employer branding
- Research and recommend HR solutions and tools to enhance HR efficiency and effectiveness
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation using HR systems and databases
- Keep abreast of HR trends and developments, and participate in relevant HR networks and events

**What you’ll need**
- CIPD qualification or equivalent is desirable
- Proven experience as an HR Advisor or similar role in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and legislation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with managers and employees at all levels
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex and sensitive HR issues
- High level of discretion and confidentiality, with the ability to handle personal and confidential information with tact and professionalism
- Self-motivated, organised, and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Team player, with the ability to work collaboratively and flexibly with other HR colleagues and stakeholders

**Salary**: £23,199.47-£35,139.88 per year
