Job Description

Veolia is seeking a highly skilled Risk and Assurance Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the compliance of legal requirements and promoting a health and safety culture within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and promote a health and safety culture within the organization
  • Support the compliance of legal requirements and ensure the business adheres to guidelines
  • Oversee Health & Safety management on demolition schemes
  • Carry out regular site inspections to check adherence to policies and procedures
  • Record inspection findings and produce reports that suggest improvements
  • Drive continuous improvement in behavioural safety

Requirements:

  • H&S experience working within Demolition, Construction, Civils or with Industrial Machinery
  • H&S academic qualification (NEBOSH general certificate or similar)
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence key stakeholders at all levels
