Human Resources Specialist

Agility Resourcing is seeking an HR Advisor to support the delivery of exceptional customer service in a dynamic not-for-profit community organization.
The successful candidate will work closely with managers to implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring effective resolution of local employee relations issues.
Key Responsibilities:- Support managers in the implementation of HR policies and procedures, including discipline, grievance, performance management, absence, and employee relations.
- Provide advice and coaching to managers on complex absence issues, ensuring the development of a plan to manage absence appropriately.
- Support managers to follow attendance management procedures, providing guidance on the correct application of policies and procedures.
- Investigate and resolve employee relations issues, providing remote support on complex disciplinary and grievance cases.
- Provide advice and guidance to managers on the application of the disciplinary procedure, ensuring legislatively compliant and commercially focused employee relations advice.
- Ensure effective implementation of new/revised procedures and policies, including timescales where relevant.
- Support the health and wellbeing of employees, providing advice and guidance to line managers.
- Design and deliver HR-related training, including investigation and disciplinary, attendance management, and other relevant topics.
- Support managers in providing consistent and appropriate advice on interpretation and implementation of terms and conditions of service.
- Identify innovative HR solutions to facilitate achievement for the organization, sharing best practices with colleagues.
