We are seeking an exceptional People Services Advisor to join our dynamic team at Warburtons in Bolton, UK.

The Role

This is a busy and varied role, providing administrative support to our employees in line with our people policies and services expectations.

You will excel in this position if you possess excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and attention to detail.

As a key member of the People function, you will establish credibility with internal and external contacts at all levels, building strong relationships and efficiently managing your workload.

Essential Ingredients
  • Experience in providing transactional support in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of employment law.
  • General knowledge of HR processes and procedures.
  • Ability to manage a diverse workload and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • A willingness to take the initiative and identify new opportunities.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.

Your salary will be approximately £32,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits such as a discretionary profit share, award-winning pension scheme, life assurance, and more.
