**Customer Service Support**

Our client is a busy manufacturer and distributor of heating and plumbing tools and consumables. Based near Morley in South Leeds, the company is close to the M62, M621 and City Centre and has excellent public transport links. They are looking for someoneto join their Customer Service Support team.

In Customer Service Support the hours are Monday to Thursday 8.30 - 5.00 p.m. and 8.30 a.m. - 4.00 p.m. on a Friday.

£19,500 - £22,000 per annum (depending on experience)

**Customer Service Support - Job Brief**:
Working within a busy Sales & Customer Service department, you will be dealing with customers, key accounts, and internal departments.

The Sales Administration and Customer Service team is pivotal to the efficiency and success of the business and is responsible for the timely processing of customer orders, queries and requests from our customers or other colleagues.

**Customer Service Support -**Responsibilities**:

- Processing of customer orders and enquiries to meet company targets.
- Contributing to Sales Administration / Customer Service team objectives.
- Monitor the sales open order book, ensuring customer orders are delivered on time.
- Working with Key Accounts, following and improving the required procedures.
- Answering incoming phone calls, being proactive when there are live marketing campaigns or up-sell opportunities.
- Maintaining and updating customer contact information on ERP and CRM systems.
- Invoicing of daily order dispatches.
- To perform other duties and tasks as requested

**Customer Service Support -**Key Skills**
- Confident manner with the ability to communicate at all levels and across all media types.
- Able to work on own initiative.
- Organised and methodical.
- Sage ERP 1000 experience is advantageous but not essential
- Experience of Microsoft Office Outlook, Excel and Word
- Experience of Sales-I or other CRM systems is advantageous
