An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced hands-on Hotel Maintenance Supervisor.

**£600 REWARD - Join us and you can receive a £300 Welcome Payment in months 3 and 6 of Employment**

The maintenance team are responsible for ensuring the hotel and grounds are maintained to an excellent standard to exceed our guests' expectations. Working with our Cluster Maintenance Manager, you will drive and improve standards whilst managing and developing the team. **As our Maintenance Supervisor you’ll have...**
- Previous hotel experience within a similar style property and in a similar role.
- Excellent working knowledge of general maintenance and engineering work including electrics, heating/plumbing systems and fire safety systems.
- Experience of implementing and monitoring health and safety practices and procedures appropriate to the department.
- Preventative maintenance and project management experience.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage people and situations effectively.
- Effective organisational skills and be able to implement, work with and monitor systems and procedures ensuring attention to detail at all times.
- Good IT skills

**What will you be doing as our Maintenance Supervisor?**
- Managing the maintenance of the physical plant, engineering facilities, all electrical and mechanical equipment, kitchen equipment, controls, fire safety systems and the interior and exterior of the hotel.
- Implementing the preventative maintenance programme and proactively planning for capital replacement to ensure continuity of maintenance services.
- Liaising with the appropriate departments to co-ordinate maintenance activities in bedrooms and public areas.
- Ensuring compliance withal health and safety regulations and conducting regular safety inspections.
- Working in a practical capacity whilst leading the team in day-to-day maintenance operations to uphold outstanding standards of service.
