Role Objective: Maintain exceptional cleanliness and hygiene standards across various venues under the supervision of the management team. Collaborate effectively with colleagues to meet the established quality benchmarks and uphold company policies.

You will be required to work on a part-time basis, with shifts scheduled throughout the week, totaling 20 hours.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Execute a variety of cleaning tasks, including mopping, sweeping, dusting, waste disposal, and restroom sanitation. Utilize cleaning products as directed by the Housekeeping Supervisor and Environmental Manager. Perform cleaning duties on hard surfaces, carpets, walls, ceilings, windows, light fixtures, and other specified areas. Operate cleaning machinery as needed, such as vacuum cleaners, scrubbers, and carpet cleaning devices. Manage waste disposal by emptying bins and transporting waste to designated locations. Address spills promptly and document incidents as required. Dust and sanitize surfaces daily using clean materials, ensuring all areas are maintained. Regularly clean and restock restroom supplies, including soap and toilet paper. Remove stains from walls and mirrors as necessary. Conduct periodic cleaning of all internal surfaces, including corridors, elevators, and windows. Report any maintenance issues or hazards to the Cleaning Supervisors and log incidents appropriately. Adhere to safety regulations, including COSHH and Manual Handling guidelines. Be vigilant about health and safety standards, addressing hazards immediately when possible. Ensure compliance with site security protocols and report any deviations. Follow proper procedures for the handling and storage of cleaning supplies and equipment.

Maintain high cleaning standards consistently. Prioritize safety in all cleaning activities. Ensure that all cleaning equipment is properly maintained and stored.

POSITION COMPLEXITY

Physical fitness is essential, as the role involves extensive manual handling and prolonged periods of standing. Flexibility in working hours is necessary to accommodate operational needs.
