Job Summary:

De Vere is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team. As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our food and beverage services, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of staff to deliver high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of food and beverage staff to deliver exceptional customer service and high-quality food and beverage products.
  • Assist in the preparation, set up, and service of food and beverage areas, ensuring a high level of efficiency and quality of service.
  • Monitor and maintain cash floats, ensure equipment maintenance, and maintain a clean and tidy environment.
  • Assist in the creation and serving of drinks, engage with guests, and work closely with colleagues to develop their skills and knowledge.
  • Ensure that all food and beverage areas are well-stocked and maintained at all times.

Requirements:

  • Confident and guest-focused, with the ability to deliver exceptional levels of guest service.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with a professional attitude and the ability to delegate to others effectively.
  • Familiarity with booking systems, such as OpenTable, although training can be provided.
  • Supervisory experience in a food and beverage environment, with the proven ability to go the extra mile for customers.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact with all levels of colleagues and guests.
