Event Hospitality Supervisor

We are seeking to enhance our leadership team at Arena Racing Company with experienced professionals in the hospitality sector on a casual basis.
We require capable, efficient, and skilled individuals to effectively manage their designated areas. These areas include our upscale dining options, casual eateries, hospitality suites, and event marquees that host a variety of functions.
The ideal candidate will possess prior experience in hospitality management, demonstrating the ability to lead and motivate a team, engage confidently with clients, and coordinate events as necessary.
Success in this role demands a proactive approach, with a hands-on attitude to support staff during their shifts. A keen attention to detail and an organized work style are essential to ensure client satisfaction.
Placing guests' needs at the forefront of operations is crucial, and it is equally important to instill this mindset in your team through effective training.

Ideally, the hospitality manager will have a solid foundation of knowledge regarding industry standards and professionalism, requiring only minimal guidance to adapt that knowledge to our operations.
