At Cenergist, we provide carbon and water efficiency solutions, enabling clients to reduce carbon emissions and water consumption to meet their sustainability goals.

We started in 2012 and provided consultancy services on district heating systems. With the development of our new technology, we were able to expand our offering to leading water efficiency solutions, while also improving the design and performance of renewable heating systems.

We are now looking for a Project Assistant to join us on a full-time, permanent basis. The position is office based in Washington (with the occasional visit on site), travel will be involved from time to time.

**OPPORTUNITY PROFILE**

Cenergist are looking for Project Assistant to work within our water team, assisting with the day-to-day activity of key contracts. Responsibilities will include supporting the project team by scheduling appointments and allocating jobs to engineers, liaising with customers, conducting mail merges, stock management and reporting.

**KEY TASKS**
- Conducting outbound calls, reaching out to customers to schedule water efficiency appointments.
- Conducting outbound customer satisfaction calls, whilst also dealing with inbound calls.
- Scheduling and clustering appointments by postcode.
- Cleansing and sourcing address data.
- Conducting mail merges and arranging for letters to be folded, franked and sent to customers.
- Managing Water Savings mailbox to efficiently deal with customer and appointment queries.
- Managing the allocation of stock to Water Efficiency Installers/ Technicians.
- Counting and recording stock levels, requesting further stock batches from external clients.
- Ordering and allocating uniform/ID badges/equipment for engineers.
- Support with project reporting and collating engineers daily job lists.
- Support with cleansing address data on excel.

**DEMONSTRABLE EXPERIENCE**
- Customer service and telephone call handling essential
- Ability to work at speed precisely
- Excellent skills with MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.
- Work management and prioritising skills
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Flexibility, Reliability and Teamwork
- Basic office administration experience
