**OPPORTUNITY PROFILE**

Join our dynamic eco delivery team as an Admin Assistant In this vital role, you will be instrumental in supporting large-scale Energy Companies Obligation (ECO) and SHDF projects.

You will report directly to the ECO delivery manager and play a key part in ensuring compliance and quality control for all project documentation. Your responsibilities will include gathering and verifying installation information, completing, and reviewing essential paperwork, and ensuring timely and accurate project submissions. You will collaborate closely with the operations and installation teams, conduct property visits to document heating measures, and build positive relationships with clients and residents.

Your attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment will be crucial to your success. **KEY TASKS**
- Reviewing paperwork to ensure it is compliant ahead of submission.
- Completing ECO submission paperwork on time each month.
- Form relationships with clients to gather the information required to complete ECO submissions on time.
- Develop positive relationships with residents.
- Complete ECO technical monitoring visits or liaise with TrustMark agents to attend.
- Any other tasks which the Project Manager requires support with.

**ABOUT YOU**

To be considered for the role you will need to have.
- Proven administrative background including managing paperwork.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experienced in supporting large-scale projects.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective team and stakeholder interaction.
- Proven ability to accurately handle detailed information, perform high-accuracy quality control tasks, organize, and prioritize workloads and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Desirable knowledge of the energy sector, including ECO and SHDF schemes would be advantageous but not essential.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail, effective problem-solving and issue escalation.
- High organization and workload prioritization.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week

Pay: £13,333.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

- Administrative experience: 2 years (required)

- English (preferred)
