Admin Assistant

**Web Order Admin Role**:
1. Set up packs of orders (max. 50 a pack)
- Print invoices
- Print customer labels
- Match up both sets of invoices with customer invoices
Depending on how many orders are in the system setting up 5 packs should take 1 hour at the most.
Once the orders are processed through the till then its a case of fulfilling them in and tagging them shipped in Orderly, then tagging them with dispatched date in shopify and remove packing tag.
2. Any awaiting or no stocks throughout the day to be dealt with, tag order and untag current pack and remove from Orderly. This takes minutes.
3. Any Return to Sender need to be logged onto the spreadsheet for customer service, there is only 1 or 2 a week if that, sometimes ITD hold off sending individual ones back until they have a bundle of them which in that case they come back once or every other month.
4. The main duties after step 1 is to get our in packing area and assist with process and packing the orders and any other warehouse jobs & QC prepack check
