We are pleased to share an opportunity to join Flagship Group’s Samphire Homes Team, as a Tenant Voice Officer. The role is a permanent post, working 37 hours per week: Monday to Friday.
This role is working from our office in Bury St. Edmunds. The role comes with Agile Working and Flexible Working will be considered.
In this job role as a Tenant Voice Officer, you will drive forward the tenant voice framework by engaging with our tenants and listening to as many views as possible, so that we can deliver outstanding customer service and improve the areas in which our tenants live.
Working alongside various teams across the business, you will ensure the tenant experience is easy, empathetic and low effort, whilst focusing on building trust and understanding our tenants’ needs. You’ll also organise and attend community initiatives and engagement activities to gain better insight into our tenants.
You’ll own, manage and resolve tenant complaints aiming for fairness, swift resolution and learning whilst accurately recording information across our systems. Additionally, you’ll be responsible for acknowledging and distributing MP and Housing Ombudsman enquiries in a timely manner.
Applications are welcomed for the role of Tenant Voice Officer from those with previous experience working in a customer facing role, handling complaints and building relationships. You’ll have a passion for delivering outstanding customer service and focusing on the customer and their needs.
Being a highly organised individual, with excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail. You’ll be comfortable taking initiative and being creative with ways of engaging our customers. You’ll need to be educated to GCSE level or equivalent standard and to have a full valid driving licence.
