An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Women’s and Children’s Clinic Support Services Division for a member of the health Records Team. Band 3 22.5 hours per week. Usual hours 08.30-17.00. The post holder will have their time split between office admin and main outpatient’s clinic reception. The Post holder will require:

- NVQ/BTEC/ILM Level 3 or equivalent experience
- Previous experience as an administrator/receptionist role, communicating with the public
- Communication with a wide range of multi-disciplinary teams and external agencies
- Working in an effective team
- Excellent I.T skills
- Time management skills
- Target driven
- Supportive of others
- Flexible approach to working hours

The Health Records Department is a very friendly welcoming department and staff have a varied role some of which includes:

- Office Admin
- Preparing clinic paperwork
- Outpatient clinic reception
- Booking follow-up appointments
- Setting patients up to the Patient Portal
