**Tenant Liaison Officer**

We have a great opportunity for an individual to join our growing team of experienced retrofit specialists. Based in Greater Manchester but working in different areas. We are looking for a motivated Tenant Liaison Officer to help us deliver projects across Greater Manchester.

GGI is a rapidly expanding company in the energy efficiency sector aiming to become the number 1 retrofit installer in the Northwest within the next 5 years. We are accredited installers of every type of energy efficient measure, and we install under multiple government and private schemes such as SHDF & ECO schemes.

**Tenant Liaison Officer**
- Arrange access to properties.
- Assist with the oversight of remedial works.
- To liaise with the Site Manager to ensure that action plans are delivered and ensure the highest level of commitment to reducing the sources of complaints.
- Ensure a consistent approach to the monitoring, resolving and reporting of service user and local community complaints, concerns and complaints.
- To assist in the development and monitoring of key performance indicators relating to complaints.
- Identify areas for improvement, preparing, developing, and implementing action plans to improve service.
- To report complaint trends along with corrective and preventative action plans to the business and to tenants.
- Offer solutions to improve the level of service and approach.

**Requirements**:

- Ability to communicate in a variety of ways with a range of individuals, both within the organisation and outside at all levels of authority.
- High level of negotiating/influencing skills.
- Able to work under pressure, effectively and on own initiative.
- Impeccable timekeeping and self-management.
- Proven track record of delivering a customer focused service.
- Good customer service skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of the MS Office suite (particularly Outlook, Word and Excel).
- Experience of maintaining spreadsheets.
- Experience in Social Housing (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer Service/ Tenant Liaison role
- Microsoft Office
- Social housing experience (preferred)

**Preferred Requirement**:

- Full driving license (preferred)

**Salary**: £22,000.00 per year
