**Position: Helpdesk Administrator (Part Time, Hybrid)**

**Annual Salary: £8,197.80 Per Annum**

**Location: Glasgow
- Caledonia House**

**Hours: 15 hours per week**

**Shifts: 9-5pm Saturday/Sunday (OT available during summer)**

**Training in office, Remote working starts after training, with occasional office visits**

Our client, a global market leading facilities management company, are actively looking for an experienced Helpdesk Administrator to work on a part time basis. Working within their busy and vibrant Glasgow Head Office while also working from home in this Hybrid position.

**Job Purpose**:

- Handling inbound and outbound calls, logging jobs in a fast-paced environment.
- Co-ordinating contractors and City Technicians to ensure they attend to our City standards.
- Working in partnership with customers to achieve results.
- End to end job management.
- Working as part of a team to drive customer excellence.

**Skills Required for this role**:

- Helpdesk experience in facilities management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work as part of a team and effectively manage own workload.
- Administrative experience, including knowledge of Microsoft office packages.
- Previous contact centre/call centre/ helpdesk experience is a must.
