Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Helpdesk Administrator to join our team at CBW Staffing Solutions. As a Helpdesk Administrator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage and maintain the facilities helpdesk inbox, ensuring all activities are handled efficiently.
  • Schedule and coordinate reactive and helpdesk call-outs.
  • Open and close jobs, reviewing and allocating tasks to engineers as needed.
  • Support the office and contract managers in the administration and delivery of departmental objectives.
  • Attend to customer queries and provide general administration support.
  • Chase and liaise with customers on a daily basis.
  • Raise corrective maintenance tasks following the completion of PPM tasks.
  • Organize daily work to ensure all key tasks are fulfilled.

Requirements:

  • Help desk experience.
  • Experience in facilities management.
  • General administration skills.
  • CAFM knowledge.
