**Location: Uddingston**
Due to continued Growth, Emtec Facility Services are seeking a** Helpdesk Administrator** to join the team based at our Uddingston HQ. In this role you will be supporting the Senior Resource Coordinator on a national contract working on our busy helpdesk.
**The Role**
- Answering calls and providing updates to clients
- Issuing PO’s to the engineers and subcontractors
- Raising jobs as they come into the mailbox ensuring all SLA’s are met
- Updating planners for site visits and keep clients updates
- Updating and Uploading reports
