Glasgow, United Kingdom HCS Mechanical Services Full time

We are looking for a proactive and confident Helpdesk Administrator to provide day to day support to the existing administration and operational team. This is a full time, permanent position, based in our Glasgow office.

You will be a well organised individual who has experience in the following areas:

- General administrative duties within a multidisciplinary field.
- Excellent IT software skills including Word, Excel, and databases.
- Able to establish and maintain electronic and paper-based systems.
- Processing quotes.
- We are looking for someone with excellent inter-personal skills, a good telephone manner and a 'can do' attitude who has a proactive approach to resolving problems, happy to take ownership and accountability. With the ability to work as an effective team member with minimum supervision, you will be self-motivated and able to use your own initiative.
- Be able to work under pressure during busy periods.

Assistance and training will be provided to cover:

- Raising of purchase orders
- Invoicing
- Checking timesheets / van check sheets
- Assisting with contract valuation

Full-time, Permanent, 39 hours

Working hours
- Monday to Thursday 8am-5pm, Friday 8am-4pm

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
