**Emtec Facility Services** are on the lookout for **Helpdesk Administrator **to join the team working on a prestigious contract based at our **Head Office in Uddingston**. In this role you would be providing crucial support to our senior Resource coordinator and wider team.

**This is a fully Office based role.**

**The Role**
- Support the Senior Resource Coordinator, providing quality administrative support and working on the Helpdesk
- Respond to calls and provide updates to clients
- Issue purchase orders to engineers and subcontractors
- Update planners for site visits and keep clients informed
- Update and Upload reports

**What we are looking for**
- Prior administrative experience in a fast-paced environment ideally within a facilities management setting.
- Strong organisational skills with a logical approach
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proficient computer skills and comfortable with the Microsoft Office Package
- Communicates confidently and effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Demonstrates a willingness to learn
