Job Summary:

CBW Staffing Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and organized Helpdesk Administrator to join our team. As a Helpdesk Administrator, you will play a critical role in supporting our facilities management operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and respond to inquiries and requests from various stakeholders in a professional and timely manner.
  • Manage and maintain the facilities helpdesk inbox, ensuring all activities are handled efficiently and effectively.
  • Schedule and coordinate reactive and helpdesk call-outs, as well as open and close jobs as necessary.
  • Review and allocate jobs received during the working day to engineers, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Provide administrative support to the office and contract managers, contributing to the delivery of departmental objectives.
  • Attend to queries and provide assistance as needed, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Perform general administrative tasks, including chasing and liaison with various stakeholders.
  • Raise corrective maintenance tasks following the completion of preventive maintenance tasks.
  • Organize and prioritize daily work to ensure all key tasks are fulfilled, meeting deadlines and expectations.

Requirements:

  • Help desk experience, preferably in facilities management.
  • General administration skills, including data entry and record-keeping.
  • Knowledge of Computer-Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) systems.
