CBW Staffing Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and organized Helpdesk Administrator to join our team. As a Helpdesk Administrator, you will play a critical role in supporting our facilities management operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and respond to inquiries and requests from various stakeholders in a professional and timely manner.
- Manage and maintain the facilities helpdesk inbox, ensuring all activities are handled efficiently and effectively.
- Schedule and coordinate reactive and helpdesk call-outs, as well as open and close jobs as necessary.
- Review and allocate jobs received during the working day to engineers, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Provide administrative support to the office and contract managers, contributing to the delivery of departmental objectives.
- Attend to queries and provide assistance as needed, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Perform general administrative tasks, including chasing and liaison with various stakeholders.
- Raise corrective maintenance tasks following the completion of preventive maintenance tasks.
- Organize and prioritize daily work to ensure all key tasks are fulfilled, meeting deadlines and expectations.
Requirements:
- Help desk experience, preferably in facilities management.
- General administration skills, including data entry and record-keeping.
- Knowledge of Computer-Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) systems.
