**What you’ll be responsible for**:

- Ensure equipment and maintenance records are accurate and kept up to date on the ECRI AIMS equipment management database.
- Work closely with user departments to ensure all requests for repair, servicing, acceptance; decommissioning and disposal are dealt with promptly.
- Will engage with contractors and staff at all levels of seniority and will need to demonstrate effective communication skills in order ensure devices used within the Trust are safe.
- Ensure all requests for repairs, maintenance/service, acceptance testing, decommissioning and equipment loans are logged, and work orders raised on the ECRI AIMS equipment management database.

**You’ll learn the following whilst working at the trust**:
1. An in depth understanding of the roles and responsibilities involved in working within the NHS

2. Knowledge of the systems used, to effectively complete your role to the highest standard at all times

3. A sense of teamwork, gained through working alongside and supporting colleagues from all levels, within the organisation

**You’ll have the following skills/experience**:

- Excellent communication skills
- both verbal and written
- Microsoft office skills
- Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
- Previous admin experinece
- Previous NHS experience
- Must have access to a car for business use to drive across sites.
