Service Administrator

The position is within the Fire and Security Systems Department and would be ideally suited to someone with an excellent Customer Services Background.
You must have a checkable work history record for the last five years
Job Role:
- Supporting customers with arranging services, engineer visits for faults or any queries about their contract.
- Organising the daily jobs for the engineers, ensuring they have the equipment they need for the day, and they know where they are going.
- Invoicing and closing works that have been completed.
- Ensuring that any calls/maintenances not completed are followed up.
- Invoicing renewal contracts and completing month end by closing the accounts down for the month.
- Collecting various data such as losses and gains each month to be passed to the management team.
- Running false alarm reports and contacting customers in the event of a policed alarm.
- Keeping reports, contracts, and tracking forms up to date daily.
- Working as a team with other departments to complete tasks that require completing.
**Experience**:
- Must have administrative experience, not necessarily within the Fire & Security Industry.
- Must have excellent Microsoft Office Skills (Including the use of Excel, Word, and Outlook).
- Experience in customer service, communicating with customers and suppliers, including the ability to deal with customer issues.
- Great team working skills, you will be working closely with the service manager as well as other departments in dealing with daily matters.
- Must be very organised and have good timekeeping. You will need to be able to multi-task with various works that arise throughout a day.
- Experience working within a fast-paced environment.
- The drive to learn the industry and areas within the role.

The post will be based from Plymouth.
