We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to fill the position of Customer Service and Administrative Assistant at NHS Blood and Transplant. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service to donors and visitors at the donor centre, while also assisting with administrative tasks and supporting staff members.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a background in customer service, preferably with some administrative experience. A strong understanding of IT systems and software applications, including Microsoft Office, is essential for this position.

  • In this role, you will be responsible for providing a high level of customer service, responding to queries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • You will also assist with administrative tasks, such as maintaining records, preparing reports, and performing data entry duties.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is £22,500 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes 27 days annual leave (pro rata for part-time) plus Bank Holidays, increasing to 29 days after 5 years' service and to 33 days after 10 years.
