**Admin Controller & Planner**

We have recently invested in a new powder coating plant and are seeking an experienced administrator to help manage the day to day running of our fast pace business. The role will require you to talk direct customers taking details and understanding what information they require, relaying this information to your colleagues in the business, delivery date requests, price enquiries and occasionally complaints. The role requires a personality that can see the sunny side of life with all our everyday challenges.

**Responsibilities**
- Dealing with customers
- Processing Orders
- Admin duties
- Sales Invoicing
- Speaking to sub contract parties
- NCR recording
- Liaising with production about customer orders
- Production planning
- Estimating and quoting

**Requirements**:

- At least 2 Years Admin experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Computer literate, proficient in Microsoft software packages (Word, Excel, Access)
- Able to work in a fast pace factory environment
- GCSE in English and Mathematics, C or above
- You must have the right to work in the UK
