The Hours

This role is for 37.5 hours per week Monday-Friday

Where?

This role is based at The Learning Zone, Preston Street, Bradford BD7 1JP

You will:

  • To provide admin support including organizing meetings, booking meeting space, training venues, hotels etc
  • Management of general office duties i.e. typing, filing including maintaining files and having a duty to respect and comply to confidentiality, photocopying, scanning, diary management via outlook and responding to and directing general enquiries as required.
  • Overseeing stock control for the office base i.e. stationery supplies etc
  • Occasionally attend staff meetings and if required in the capacity of minute taker/distributor
  • Database inputting into various systems including staff management system to support payroll etc
  • Regular Emailing via outlook
  • Directing or dealing with telephone enquiries
  • Setting up, meeting and greeting and providing refreshments/lunch etc at meetings and training events
  • Provide administration services for Recruitment and Selection process for local staff including gathering evidence of proof of right to work, DBS, approved drivers list etc
  • Manage and produce monthly submissions for petty cash returns
  • Be a local contact point for the office, including liaison with internal and external bodies as required.
  • To have a duty to adhere to Hft's health and safety policies, standards and guidelines at all times.
  • To have a duty to comply with all Hft's and procedures.
  • To participate in regular supervisions.
  • To participate in required training.
  • To undertake any such other duties as appropriate to your responsibilities and abilities.
