Team Administration Assistant

**We are looking to onboard an experienced Team Administrator to join our London based client.**
**This is a hybrid role with 2 days working from home.**
**Duties to include**:
- Working with a member of the Board along with supporting other Divisional Directors and team members
- Calendar and diary management
- Perform research for meetings and minute taking
- Manage projects, create, and update reporting spreadsheets and follow-up with team members where required
- Answering and directing telephone calls
- Transcription
- Extensive administration support
- Preparing invoices using Xero finance system
- Creation of sales particulars, HOTs, marketing reports
- Maintain electronic filing system
- Maintain a strong working relationship with other relevant departments, including IT, sales, and PR
- Proof reading materials/correspondence
- Continuous client liaison
- Minimum 3 years’ previous experience in a similar role
- Enjoy working in a team environment
- A 'can do’ and conscious attitude
- A bubbly personality with a good sense of humour
- Pro-active team player who can work off their own initiative
- High organisational skills
- Ability to prioritise demanding jobs, meeting short time frames where required
- Fast typing skills (experience in audio typing useful but not essential)
- Competent and confident with all Microsoft software (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
- Property knowledge desirable but not essential
